Is coaching right for me?
How do I know if I am ready for coaching?
You do not need to have it together to begin. You just need to be tired enough of the version of yourself you built to survive. If something in you is quietly saying "there has to be more than this" you are ready.
What makes Waterstone different from other coaching?
Most coaches are trained to ask the right questions. I am too but I also bring twenty years of global executive experience and the personal journey of rebuilding my own identity without a map, without a tribe, in a country far from home. Nothing I offer is theoretical. Every tool has been lived first.
Do I need to be in a crisis to work with you?
Absolutely not. Some of my clients come at a turning point. Others come simply because they have been putting themselves last for years and are finally ready to change that. You do not need a crisis. You need a readiness.
What does the coaching process look like?
How does a coaching session work?
Sessions are 50 minutes, held online via video call. We begin by establishing where you are and where you want to be. From there each session is built around you your pace, your priorities, your truth. No agenda except your growth.
How often do we meet?
For The Unveiling (1:1 coaching) we meet bi-weekly over six months consistent enough to build real momentum, spacious enough for the work to integrate between sessions.
What happens in the first session?
We start with a free 20-minute discovery call no commitment, no pressure. If we feel like a good fit we begin with a deep-dive intake session where we map where you are, what has shaped you, and what you are ready to release. It is often the most revealing conversation my clients have ever had about themselves.
Do you offer sessions in other languages?
Yes. I work in English, German and Hebrew whichever language you feel most yourself in.
What do we actually work on?
What kind of transitions do you specialize in?
Career reinvention. Moving to a new country. The empty nest. Divorce or relationship endings. Losing your sense of identity after years of putting everyone else first. The exhaustion of always being the strong one. The hunger for real belonging after years of performing fitting-in. If it involves becoming yourself again we work on it.
Do you work with women going through divorce or loss?
Yes. These are some of the most significant transitions a woman can face and they deserve real, grounded support not platitudes. I bring empathy and pragmatism in equal measure. I will hold your hand and tell you the truth. Sometimes those are the same thing.
Can you help me if I do not know what I want yet?
Especially then. Not knowing what you want is often where the most important work begins. Many of my clients arrive with clarity about what they do not want and that is exactly enough to start.
Do you work with women re-entering the workforce after time at home?
Yes and I understand this transition from the inside. Rebuilding confidence, redefining your professional identity, and stepping back into your own story after years of caring for others is some of the most courageous work a woman can do. I am here for all of it.

Where are sessions held?
All sessions are held online via video call which means I work with women across the world. Whether you are in California, London, Tel Aviv, or anywhere in between, geography is never a barrier.
What is the investment?
Coaching is a significant investment in yourself, your time, and your future. Pricing is discussed in your free discovery call so we can find the right fit for your situation. I believe every woman who is ready for this work should be able to access it.
How long before I see results?
Most clients feel a shift within the first two or three sessions not because we rush, but because finally having the space to be honest about where you are is itself transformative. The deeper work of lasting change unfolds over months, not weeks.
What if I am not sure which offer is right for me?
